Kelly + Garrett :: San Francisco Wedding Photographer

Kelly blogs for Elizabeth Anne Designs (the blog I also guest blog for) and is having a bigger wedding later this fall in Alabama. Kelly contacted me a few weeks ago about possibly shooting that wedding, but I was already booked. We continued a little conversation, and she told me that she and her fiance, Garrett, were thinking about going to San Francisco before the wedding to have a more intimate ceremony. After another week or so, she contacted me again to see if I might be interested in going out to California to shoot their little “planned elopement,” and next thing I knew I was out to one of my favourite cities in the country to shoot this adorable couple. I won’t get into all of the details of the day, but let’s just say there were several little problems, but Kelly and Garrett both dealt with it so well, and their small trio of friends and family were absolutely wonderful about keeping spirits high. They were originally to be married at City Hall, but had to make some alternate adjustments, and instead did an impromptu ceremony behind the Ferry Building. I am so glad they did, though, as it was so beautiful and Kelly was absolutely giddy. Thank you so much for choosing me, you guys! I hope the rest of the trip was wonderful.

What time of day was the ceremony? Your exposures are gorgeous in that harsh light. Fantastic images, all around.

Is that Garrett helping you get ready? What a keeper!
Olivia, I LOVE them! They make me almost as giddy as champagne and getting married! It was a perfectly surreal and wonderfully flawed day and I’m glad it photographed so beautifully! Thank you so much!
