Versatile bridesmaid dresses from twobirds (+ a quick poll)

I thought for sure that I had posted about twobirds dresses before, but a little search of the blog suggests that apparently I have not. I’ve known about this company for many moons, and have always thought their dresses were such a wonderful option for brides looking for chic and versatile options for their bridesmaids. I had to run to a secondhand shop to buy some jeans (shows how much I wear them!) for a costume of sorts, and ended up finding an incredibly chic black dresses that is nearly identical to the twobirds dresses I have been swooning over for months, but in a more casual black cotton. I spent some time today perusing their site, watching the instructional videos and giving a bunch of the looks a try. As a photographer, a well-dressed (and comfortable) bridal party always makes shooting that much more enjoyable. Particularly if you have a range of body types in your party, the options afforded with a convertible dress like this would be welcomed, I’m sure. Especially as a larger busted lady, I know my biggest fear would be having to squeeze into some strapless sweetheart satin number. Do your girls a favour and choose dresses that will make you all look lovely.

I have been thinking of doing more posts like these, as I have become a bit obsessed with wedding style/decor/etc over the years and feel like maybe my finds are helpful to my brides and other wedding folks.
