A beloved reality-show couple takes their international love story to South Carolina

Like many viewers from home, I had long adored this wonderful couple, Joe and Serena, after seeing their romance unfold through my television screen on "Bachelor in Paradise." While the "celebrity" of this day may have appealed to many photographers, I was most excited to photograph their weekend as they seemed like a truly genuine, warm, laid-back couple (who, yes, are gorgeous, to boot). After the wedding, many people asked if they are as nice as they look on screen, and the answer is a resounding yes. Their obvious connection and the beautiful moments between their family and friends made for a wonderful set of images that blended documentary moments and editorial portraits that were featured in People magazine.
