M&J held a stunning wedding at the gorgeous Langham Hotel Chicago. Both writers, their vows were some of the most beautiful that I have ever heard. They wrote their own and each were so thoughtful in the selection of what they chose to write. M&J chose to have a small and intimate feel to their wedding despite the grand surroundings, electing to only have their brothers be their attendants. I loved the family feel that infused a lot of the day, with the bride and her dad having one of the sweetest “first looks” I’ve ever seen and her grandmother Roz giving me major #lifegoals with her amazing moves on the dance floor all night long despite being in her 90s!
Their wedding was also a bit of a dream-team in terms of vendors, with a slew of my favorites, including Lori at Lola Event Productions who made the day gorgeous but relaxed, Sonia Roselli on makeup, HMR making a truly awe-inspiring hanging floral installation in the Langham’s ballroom, and The Chicago Players/Gold Coast All Stars keeping the crowd dancing all night long!
