Wow, happy 2017! I terribly neglected this blog last year, but look forward to sharing loads of amazing weddings from the past two years. They married at one of my top three favorite venues, the Armour House at Lake Forest Academy. I love this beautiful venue as it is full of gorgeous natural light, and everything can take place on site, from preparation to ceremony to reception. The grounds are stunning, and particularly for an outdoor ceremony, it’s hard to find a more beautiful place to marry in the area. They planned a gorgeous, but very relaxed, day. The bride did all the planning herself and the day had a laid-back, familial feel, with her and her three sisters sharing a special bond.
