Chicago Botanic Garden Wedding Photos

These two are the most amazing, sweet, intelligent couple. The bride and I really bonded throughout her wedding planning process, and my team became quite close to her family as my second photographer, Jacqueline, photographed her brother’s intimate wedding earlier last year. They had had an absolutely perfect Chicago Botanic Garden wedding, near where they grew up.  We were blessed with absolutely perfect weather, making for a dreamy setting for their ceremony on the rose terrace. Their vows were emotional and beautifully-written, and the ceremony was capped off with a rendition of “Oh Happy Day” by the musicians as well as some surprise guests in the audience, which provided the aural  backdrop as they recessed down the aisle. Estera Events and Fleur did a fabulous job on decor, creating a roamntic but laid back feel for their reception at McGinley Pavilliion, with rustic wood tables and flowing greenery that overlooked the pond at the Garden. There were fabulous toasts, tons of dancing, and super fun photos that we captured in their photobooth, and overall, it was a stunning day that was infused with such a feeling of warmth and joy.
